Authorities stated that several members of the family allegedly assaulted her, cut her hair, forcibly removed her clothing, placed a garland of shoes around her neck, and paraded her through the village. Police have arrested three accused, including three women among those named in the case, while efforts are underway to trace the remaining suspects.
