According to court records, the attack stemmed from a dispute over a vehicle parked in front of the victims&#8217; home, which blocked the roadway. Authorities stated that the accused used a vehicle and an unlicensed firearm during the attack, killing the elderly woman and her daughters, aged 36 and 38, while a 47-year-old daughter survived with injuries. The court also convicted the accused of attempted murder and issuing death threats. In the same case, the accused&#8217;s son was sentenced to imprisonment and fined for attempted murder and threatening another member of the victims&#8217; family. Under UAE law, the convicted man has the right to appeal the death sentence within 15 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Action to Be Taken<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Authorities should continue ensuring that serious violent crimes are investigated thoroughly and prosecuted in accordance with the law.
