According to police, the couple became involved in&nbsp;a heated argument&nbsp;over a personal matter, which escalated into violence. During the altercation, her husband allegedly attacked her with a knife, causing fatal&nbsp;injuries.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Action&nbsp;to be&nbsp;Taken:<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Police should ensure a speedy and impartial investigation, file the charge sheet&nbsp;efficiently, and prosecute the accused through a fast-track court. The victim&#8217;s family should receive counselling, legal aid, and financial assistance where eligible.
