Uday Krishna Reddy,&nbsp;was sent to judicial custody in connection with the alleged sexual assault of a fellow probationary officer at the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy in Hyderabad. According to police, the survivor filed a complaint alleging that she was sexually assaulted. The accused was arrested, produced before a court, and remanded to judicial custody while the investigation continues.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Action to be Taken<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The authorities should conduct a prompt, fair, and impartial investigation while ensuring that the survivor receives comprehensive medical care, psychological counselling, and legal&nbsp;assistance. If the allegations are substantiated,&nbsp;appropriate disciplinary&nbsp;and legal action should be taken against the accused&nbsp;in accordance with&nbsp;the law.
