The review found reports of room intrusions at nearly one in ten of the chain&#8217;s hotels during summer 2026 and highlighted inconsistent application of room-key security procedures. It recommended measures including stronger policies addressing violence against women, improved CCTV coverage and additional staff-safety measures.
