The incident took place on 24 May 2025, when the girl was walking home with her mother after visiting her sister at a hostel near Chavadimukku. The accused allegedly approached them on a two-wheeler and attempted to grab the girl. She and her mother later filed a police complaint, and CCTV footage helped identify the accused. The court also ordered an additional sentence in the event of non-payment of the fine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Action to Be Taken<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Children should be encouraged to report unwanted physical contact and seek help from trusted adults.
