Man Arrested for Allegedly Sexually Assaulting a Minor Girl on a Train

Ernakulam:Railway police arrested a man identified as Illiyas V. M. in connection with the alleged sexual assault of a minor girl aboard the Rajya Rani Express. The incident reportedly occurred in September. Police said the accused had changed his clothes and travelled on foot to evade detection before being traced through the investigation. The child’s identity is withheld to protect her privacy.
