Thiruvananthapuram:Police arrested two men in connection with the alleged sexual abuse of a minor at a spa in Kovalam. The child was from Andhra Pradesh. Investigators reported that relatives had brought her to Kerala using documents that falsely stated she was an adult. Police were also investigating whether a municipal health official had a connection to the establishment. The investigation was ongoing, and the child’s identity is withheld.
