BJP Youth Leader Accused of Allegedly Molesting Woman Doctor and Issuing Death Threat

Madhya Pradesh: Police have registered a case against a BJP Yuva Morcha state executive member and his associate following allegations that they molested a woman doctor and threatened her at a government medical college hospital. According to the doctor’s complaint, the incident occurred while she was treating a patient in the emergency department at Bundelkhand Medical College. The woman doctor alleged that one of the accused attempted to touch her inappropriately and later threatened to shoot her after she objected. Police have registered a case under relevant provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and stated that efforts are underway to arrest the accused. The allegations remain subject to legal proceedings.
