New Delhi: A 28-year-old man allegedly killed his wife in Outer Delhi’s Ranhola area after suspecting her of speaking to someone on the phone, and later died by suicide. According to police, the accused allegedly struck his 24-year-old wife on the head using a storage battery during a domestic dispute at their residence in Tilangpur Kotla village. Authorities stated that after the attack, the man allegedly consumed a poisonous substance and later died. Police said the matter came to light after they were informed and reached the spot, where both individuals were found. The bodies were sent for post-mortem examination, and further investigation is underway. The allegations remain subject to legal proceedings.
