Omdurman, Sudan: A Sudanese human-rights monitor alleged that four armed men raped a woman in Omdurman’s Umbada district after stopping her and her mother while they were returning home from work. The monitor said the woman received medical treatment and that a police medical report was issued. The Joint Force denied that its members were involved and called the allegations baseless.
