53-year-old man arrested for alleged sexual assault of woman on KSRTC bus
Kozhikode:A 53-year-old man, identified as Biju, was arrested after a woman travelling on a KSRTC bus from Kozhikode towards Kannur allegedly faced sexual assault. The incident reportedly occurred near Mananchira. The woman raised an alarm, following which the bus crew and passengers took the vehicle to Nadakkavu police station. Police arrested the accused in connection with the complaint.

Passengers who experience or witness sexual harassment on public transport should immediately alert the crew, fellow passengers or police and seek assistance.
