Man sentenced to 47 years for sexually assaulting a minor
Wayanad: The Kalpetta Fast Track Special Court sentenced a 26-year-old man to a total of 47 years in prison and imposed a ₹2.5 lakh fine in a case involving the sexual assault of a minor girl. The sentence was reported by police, and the court ordered the sentences to run concurrently, with the accused to serve 20 years in prison.
