Delhi High Court allows pregnancy termination request of 15-year-old rape survivor
Delhi: The Delhi High Court allowed a 15-year-old rape survivor to seek termination of her pregnancy. The court said forcing the minor to continue the pregnancy would affect her rights and dignity, while directing that the procedure be carried out in accordance with medical requirements.

Child survivors of sexual violence should receive timely medical care, legal assistance, counselling and protection of their identity.
