Man arrested after allegedly trying to kill wife by setting her on fire

Ernakulam: A 42-year-old woman was seriously injured after her husband allegedly poured petrol on her and set her on fire near a hostel in Ambadimoola, Kakkanad. She suffered extensive burns and was receiving treatment in hospital. Police took the husband into custody and began investigating the attack, which followed an alleged family dispute.
