Ernakulam:A case was registered against a KSRTC conductor following a complaint that he verbally insulted and humiliated a Plus Two student on a bus travelling from Guruvayur to Ernakulam. The student alleged that the conductor questioned her gender based on her clothing and made derogatory remarks in front of other passengers. The conductor had already been suspended following a preliminary inquiry by the KSRTC vigilance wing.
