According to police, an FIR has been registered against five caregivers after videos allegedly showing children being subjected to physical abuse surfaced. Authorities stated that the investigation was initiated after the videos came to light, and the Karnataka State Commission for Protection of Child Rights has also been approached regarding the matter. Capgemini stated that the safety and well-being of children remain its highest priority and said it is fully cooperating with the ongoing investigation while the daycare facility remains closed as a precautionary measure.
