Man Arrested After 19-Year-Old Woman Allegedly Dragged from Home and Assaulted in Neighbour Dispute

Kollam: A  man has been arrested after a 19-year-old woman was allegedly dragged out of her house and assaulted during a dispute between neighbouring families in Pathanapuram. According to police, the accused, along with his son and other family members, allegedly entered the woman’s house while she was alone with her grandmother, assaulted her, and dragged her into the courtyard. The woman sustained injuries to her hand and leg, and CCTV footage of the incident has surfaced. Police arrested the accused, while his son remains absconding. The investigation is ongoing, and the allegations remain subject to legal proceedings.
