Man Arrested for Alleged Sexual Assault of Minor at Temple Near Pune

Maharashtra :Police in Nigdi, Pune, arrested a daily-wage worker over the alleged sexual assault of a minor girl who was visiting a temple with her parents. Police said CCTV footage helped them identify the accused. A case was registered under relevant provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and the POCSO Act. The child’s identity is withheld, and the allegations remain subject to legal proceedings.
