Woman Allegedly Killed by Father-in-Law Over Black Magic Suspicion

Nagpur,Maharashtra: A 42-year-old woman, Lakshmi Ravishankar Pali, was allegedly killed by her 70-year-old father-in-law in Pahune Layout following an argument. Police said the man allegedly suspected her of practising black magic, which he believed had caused his son’s death in 2019. According to the preliminary investigation, he allegedly attacked her on the head with an axe, killing her at the scene. He later attempted to end his life by jumping into a well and was rescued. The investigation is continuing.
