According to her complaint, the man allegedly made obscene gestures while she was travelling on the Vivek Express between Bolpur Junction and Dankuni. She recorded videos of the incident and shared them on social media while also reporting the matter to the railway authorities. Following the complaint, Indian Railways confirmed that it had been registered through the RailMadad grievance platform, and the matter is being examined. The allegations remain subject to further inquiry.
